I just wanted to thank you again for all your efforts in getting my house back into shape. As you know for me this

project was a huge undertaking but for you it was all in a days’ work.Living in Boston made this remodeling project

very daunting for me because I had never undertaken a project of this magnitude from a distance. Jeff was amazing,

somehow with the short time that I spent with him, he actually listened to my ideas and followed through with both

excellent workmanship and the quality of products that I had imagined they would be. Jeff and Deb (wonder woman)

then followed up with periodic pictures of the work as it progressed and also sent product suggestions to me for my approval.

Jeff and Deb made it all so easy. Most contractors never seem to understand or envision the project clearly, but I

would definitely recommend Coastal Remodeling to anyone who would like to improve on the beauty of their home.

Whether you are there to actually see the transformation firsthand or whether you are seeing the project from a

distance as I did, you will be extremely happy with the results.

P.S. The neighbors now have a house that they can appreciate when they walk or ride by and, I now have the

Addition to my home.

Coastal Remodeling, LLC Jeff Mauro, did an extensive job at my home. I had called in a few Builders in town. When I called Coastal

Remodeling, LLC I spoke to a voice and not a machine. Jeff came out and we talked about my needs and wants. Jeff took the time to

listen. Within a few days later I received a call from his office with a message to meet again to go over my project.

I sign a contract with him, when I sign a contract he showed me that he was a state licensed contractor. He also showed me that he had

insurance including worker comp.

Jeff was on the project every day, and he also worked on it with his employees. And worked with his subs also. Jeff is professional

Just want to say you did an awesome job in removing the shell stucco and reapplying new stucco to our Flagler Bleach home.

I called in several contractors to do the project. Every one that came they were not sure of how they were going to remove the shell

stucco. That did not give me a professional feeling about them. That’s when I contacted the Better Business Bureau BBB. I asked

if they can recommend a contractor in the Flagler Beach area to me.

Coastal Remodeling, LLC was the company that was given to me by the BBB, they said Coastal Remodeling, LLC has A+ Very good

standard with them. When Jeff came out for the appointment to look at the house, I question him on how this project was going to be

done. Jeff answer me with no hesitation and very professional. Sign a contract with Coastal Remodeling, LLC, Started the project

when he said he would, within three days all the shell stucco was removed. Jeff waterproofs the house and then painted it. The house

looks great! Jeff Thank you for a project very well done. Also kept clean up around the house left no mess at any time.

Jeff Mauro, Debbie Mauro the owners of Coast Remodeling, LLC. The only words I can say is Thank You for a great job!

It's nice to work with a contractor that makes you feel good about what he is going to do. Jeff and Debbie are very helpful. They have all the samples for cabinets and granite. Debbie will sit with you and work with you and match everything up, and then I went to their suppliers in Daytona for my floor tile. Debbie made the appointment for me, gave her sales giel all the information that was needed for me to pick out a tile that would look good through my home.

Jeff installed 1500 sq. ft. of tile floor throughout my home. I picked out what I wanted and then I was given a total with Debbie and Jeff giving me their discount. That was a big help. Also, Debbie and Jeff gave me two granite window sills to match my counter. (Said it was a gift from Coastal Remodeling, LLC.)

Jeff, you and your wife Debbie are very professional. They also have a very professional team of guys that work with them. Everything was done in a timly manner. (Within two weeks from start to finish.)

I am a teacher at Old Kiings Elementary School and Jeff came highly recommended to me by a co-worker.

Anyone that is in the market to get a remodeling project done and looking for that professional, honest licensed contractor I would reommend Coastal Remodeling and Jeff Mauro.

I was in need to have some work done on my home in Ponte Vedra Beach. This is my secondary home so not being familiar with contractors that can get the project done for me. Myseld and my wife went to the Jacksonville Home Show, we walked around and talked to several contractors. When I saw Coastal Remodeling's booth I stopped to talk to them.

Their booth was done up very professional and the owners Jeff and his wife Debbie was dresses very professional looking I must add. Jeff took the time to listen to what my needs were. After that he took my name and phone number. Within a few days I received a call from his office to set up an appointment to see my project. Once again I must add he was very professional about listening to what I wanted done. Within a few days he had a written estimate over to me. Easy to read and left me with no questions. I signed a contract with him. Upon signing a contract with him he showed me that he was a state licensed contractor. Within time to order window and doors and do paper work for a permit Jeff was ready with permits and windows within a month.

Even with losing time with the week of rain, Jeff still had completed the project on time for us to leave and go back to our other home.

For anyone looking for that professional contractor to do their project I will recommend Jeff Mauro and Coastal Remodeling, LLC to anyone.

Coastal Remodeling, LLC did a great job on our new Kitchen. They tore down a wall, raised the ceiling, replaced all the vinyl flooring installed tile, and then installation of all new cabinets and granite counter tops. It looks fantastic!

Our decision to raise the ceiling came after the wall came down, and even with the additional work, the job was finished on time. The entire remodel, including repainting the existing ceiling to match the new one and extending the tile throughout the previously carpeted living room, dining room, study and hall, was done between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Jeff and his crew were easy to work with and even came in on Sundays to ensure that our Christmas guests would see a finished project. Debbie’s organizational skills kept everything moving smoothly.

After hearing Florida construction horror stories from friends(“Forget about workers showing up when the fishing is good”) , we were pleasantly surprised and very happy with Coastal Remodeling,LLC work ethic. We will use them in the future and highly recommend them to our friends.
